Job description

Grow the client base for HR consulting, training and software — qualify inbound enquiries, run discovery conversations and support proposals.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries from the website and follow up promptly
• Run discovery calls to understand a prospect's HR setup and gaps
• Prepare proposals and service scopes with the consulting team
• Keep the CRM current so pipeline reporting is trustworthy
• Support the free HR audit programme from booking through to report handover

Requirements

• 1-3 years in B2B sales, inside sales or client servicing
• Able to explain a service clearly without overpromising
• Organised follow-up habits; most deals here are won on responsiveness
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting
• Any graduate; interest in HR or SaaS is an advantage
