Job description

Write the words that carry our HR expertise — service pages, job posts, case notes and social copy — working remotely with the consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit service pages, blog posts and job descriptions
• Turn consultant interviews into clear, publishable writing
• Write social copy for hiring campaigns and employer branding
• Proofread client-facing documents for clarity and consistency
• Keep a simple content calendar and hit agreed dates

Requirements

• Strong written English — a short portfolio or writing sample is required
• Able to explain something technical to someone who is not an expert
• Comfortable taking editorial feedback and rewriting
• Self-directed; this role is remote
• Pursuing or recently completed any degree
