Recruitment Associate

Job description

Own end-to-end hiring for client mandates — sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout — across roles from intern to mid-senior.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and professional networks
• Screen applications and run first-round telephonic conversations
• Coordinate interview panels and keep candidates informed at every stage
• Maintain the applicant tracker so pipeline status is accurate daily
• Prepare offer documentation and follow through to joining

Requirements

• 1-3 years in recruitment, agency or in-house
• Hands-on with at least one job portal and an applicant tracking system
• Able to write a job description that reads like a person wrote it
• Comfortable managing several open mandates at once
• Any graduate; an HR specialisation helps but is not required
