Responsibilities

• Search job portals and professional networks against live mandates
• Run initial screening conversations and record structured notes
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated on where they stand
• Keep the applicant tracker accurate
• Help draft job descriptions and job posts

Requirements

• 0-1 years experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Confident on the phone — you will speak to strangers every day
• Clear written English for candidate correspondence
• Organised enough to track many conversations at once
